Returns

It is not possible to return items. For items that may have been damaged during transit, kindly contact us at customercare@museluxe.com

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible within 7 days of purchase by visiting any of our physical stores. International Exhanges are not possible due to local customs restrictions.

Items should be exchanged unused and with all garment tags still attached. Items that are damaged or soiled will not be exchanged. The customer will bear all courier, customs, handling, and other charges related to the exchange.

Items can be exchanged for other items of the same or lower value. 

Refunds

Due to local currency restrictions, refunds are not possible.
